If you entered into an agreement with Airlate at a distance and want to withdraw from it, use the form below. You do not need to give a reason, and you will receive an acknowledgement with the time of receipt straight away.
This function is provided under Article 11a of Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in applicable national law. What the right of withdrawal covers, and what applies once work has begun, is set out in the General terms. You can also contact us directly at hello@airlate.com. This form is one option, not a requirement.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you submit your claim, because that is when the agreement is concluded, and ends 14 days later.
The easiest way to withdraw is the form below. You may also email hello@airlate.com or write to Vaksalagatan 28, 753 31 Uppsala, Sweden. It is enough that you send your message before the period expires.
You may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. A clear statement that you are withdrawing is sufficient.
Withdrawing costs you nothing. We charge a fee only once compensation has been paid out.
