Flight delayed or cancelled? You may be entitled to up to six hundred euros per passenger. Start with a free flight check. Answer a few questions and get a preliminary assessment. Then, choose whether to submit your case. If it appears eligible, Airlate handles the paperwork and the airline. If we recover compensation, you get paid. You only pay our agreed fee when we succeed. Check your flight. It’s free to start.

Also shown on screen: Eligibility and amount depend on your flight. Maximum before Airlate’s fee. The phone screens show an illustrative website journey. 25% fee incl. VAT. Additional 15% for legal proceedings.

Check your flight, submit your case if you want to, and if your claim appears eligible, we handle it with the airline. You only pay a fee if compensation is recovered.

1. You check your flight

Answer a few questions about what happened and about your journey. We give you a preliminary assessment of whether you may be entitled to compensation under the rules that applied to your flight. The check is free and takes a few minutes.

2. We pursue the claim

Submit your case, and if your claim appears eligible, we take care of the communication with the airline and handle the claim on your behalf. You avoid the back-and-forth, the paperwork and the need to follow up. If we need any additional documents or information, we will contact you.

3. You receive the compensation

If the claim succeeds, the compensation is paid out to you with the fee clearly itemised. If it does not succeed, you pay no fee.

What you need to get started

Basic details about your journey are enough to get started: what happened, which airports were involved, the date of travel, and the airline. Later in the process, we may ask for supporting documents, such as your booking confirmation or boarding pass.

We only collect the information needed to handle your case, and we explain why we need something when we are asking for it.
