Checking is always free
Checking your flight's eligibility for compensation is completely free. You only pay if we successfully recover compensation for you. Our fee is normally deducted from the compensation we secure on your behalf. In cases where the airline pays the full amount directly to you, we will ask you to settle our fee separately.
Standard fee
Our standard fee is 25% (incl. VAT). If your claim requires alternative dispute resolution such as ARN, or legal proceedings such as court action, an additional 15% fee applies on top of the standard fee to cover the costs of pursuing your claim through legal proceedings. If we do not successfully recover compensation for you, you pay no fee.
